Backend Developer for Card Scanning App

I have a working front-end and a working AI-powered card-scanning prototype already built — I need a developer to add user accounts, Stripe billing (subscriptions + one-off credit packs), and a backend to track scan usage, plus move an existing API call from the browser to the server for security. This is an "add to an existing working app" job, not a build-from-scratch one.
