Build a Next-Generation Full Stack AI-Native SaaS Platform

We are looking for a Senior/Principal Full-Stack Engineer or small expert team to architect and build a modern, AI-native, multi-tenant SaaS platform. This is not a simple CRUD application. We want to find developers who are genuinely current with modern AI and software architecture. Core Features Multi-tenant SaaS with organizations, teams, RBAC and secure data isolation AI assistant with streaming responses, RAG, citations and memory Autonomous AI agents capable of planning, tool calling and multi-step tasks Document ingestion for PDF, DOCX, CSV, images and web content Vector/hybrid search and knowledge management Real-time updates using WebSockets/SSE Background jobs and event-driven architecture Third-party integrations and extensible API/webhook framework React/Next.js web application React Native mobile application Production-grade authentication with OAuth/OIDC and MFA AI safety including prompt-injection protection and controlled tool execution AI observability, tracing, evaluation, token/cost monitoring Automated testing, CI/CD, Docker and cloud deployment Architecture designed to scale from hundreds to thousands of organizations Modern Technology We are open to the right stack, but expect candidates to be comfortable with technologies such as: TypeScript, Next.js, React, React Native, Node.js/Python, PostgreSQL, Redis, vector databases, Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure, OpenTelemetry, AI agent frameworks and modern LLM APIs. Technology choices should be justified rather than selected simply because they are fashionable. Developer Challenge Applicants will be asked to propose or build a small AI Research Agent that can: Analyze multiple documents Retrieve relevant information Generate structured answers with citations Use tools Stream its execution Track AI usage/cost Detect and safely handle prompt injection
