Build Portal with FAST API and JS

I need a developer to build a portal using a prototype I already have. The backend should be built with FAST API, and the frontend should use JavaScript. The work includes connecting the frontend to the API, which will interact with an existing Azure SQL Server database and AI Search. The final code should be hosted in GitHub. I’m looking for someone who can stitch the components together and create a working pipeline for the application. I need a developer who can assist me, i am a developer too. The work would be for 10 - 15 hours
