You will build the Voltora Workforce Platform, which includes: Electrician Portal (profiles, compliance uploads, membership tiers, job board, messaging, payment history) Client Portal (service requests, job tracking, payments, invoices, communication with Voltora only) Admin Dashboard (job assignment, compliance verification, payments, analytics, full control) Communication System (in‑platform chat, no direct client–electrician contact) Payment System (Stripe integration for client payments, recurring membership billing, job payouts) Automated Job Flow (request → review → assign → complete → invoice → payout) Skills Required: SaaS platform development CRM + job board systems Payment integration (Stripe/PayPal) Secure authentication (Firebase/Supabase) Messaging integration (Twilio or similar) React/Next.js frontend Node.js/Python backend AWS/Google Cloud hosting Database design (relational DB for jobs, users, payments, compliance) Communication Style: I prefer fast, clear, step‑by‑step updates. Short daily or near‑daily check‑ins are ideal. Organized milestones with deliverables. Transparency on timelines, blockers, and progress. Execution‑focused communication — no fluff, just results.
