Custom Construction ERP & Inventory Management System

We are looking for an experienced PHP / MySQL developer to build a custom Construction ERP and Management System for our construction business. The main goal is to have one simple system where we can manage multiple construction sites, inventory, purchases, clients, finances, and reports from a single dashboard. 🏗️ Main Features 1. Multi-Site Management Manage multiple construction sites Separate records for each site Site-wise income, expenses, inventory and profit/loss Overall business dashboard 2. 👥 User Roles & Permissions Different users should have different access levels: Owner – Full access Partner Engineer / Site Supervisor Accountant Some projects are personal and others are partnership projects. Partners must only be able to access the sites assigned to them or sites where they are a partner. Personal projects and their data must remain completely hidden. 3. 📦 Inventory Management Track materials at each construction site, including: Cement Rebar / Sariya (8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 16mm, etc.) Sand Aggregate Bricks Pipes Electrical materials Other construction materials The system should allow us to: Add/edit materials and SKUs Track stock at each site Record deliveries Record materials issued to crews Transfer materials between sites See current stock levels Set low-stock alerts Track material consumption Barcode/RFID scanning would be a bonus. 4. 🛒 Purchase & Vendor Management Purchase entries Vendor database Vendor ledger Partial payments Outstanding balances Payment history 5. 👤 Client Management Client details Work orders Billing Advance payments Outstanding amounts Payment history 6. 💰 Financial Management Income and expense tracking Site-wise profit/loss Partner investments Partner withdrawals Cash transactions Bank transactions 7. 📊 Dashboard & Reports The system should provide: Site-wise dashboards Overall business dashboard Material consumption reports Vendor reports Client reports Profit/loss reports Daily and weekly reports Excel/PDF export 8. 📱 Mobile-Friendly The system should work extremely well on mobile devices, especially for engineers and site supervisors entering information from construction sites.
