Custom Home Builder Website

We need a professional 8-10 page website for a custom home builder. I have a wordpress template that we are licensed for and can use unless you have another suggestion. We want a responsive layout that works well on mobile and desktop, along with a smooth user experience. We have all the copy written and can provide many photos for uploading. We also have a layout and site structure already sketched out. I just need someone to put it all together and make it look amazing! Please share examples of similar home builder or real estate websites you have created. We are looking for a very attractive, magazine quality website with excellent design and ease of navigation.
