We are a large Owner/Operator in the Healthcare space and are looking for an experienced dev to help us on a project that involves finding and extracting data relevant to our industry. The person we are looking for must have experience in data extraction--not just general software development. We have already done this for some of the areas we operate in and will provide a doc showing our methodology, what worked and didn't etc. so you aren't starting from scratch.
