DevOps + Backend Engineer (Node.js/Python) — CI/CD, AWS, Scalable APIs

We're looking for an experienced DevOps + Backend engineer to help us build and scale our infrastructure and server-side systems. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable owning both application code and the pipelines that ship it. What you'll do: - Design, build, and maintain backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs - Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for reliable, automated deployments - Provision and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) using Infrastructure as Code - Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes - Monitor system health, optimize performance, and improve reliability - Implement security best practices and manage secrets/access Requirements: - 7+ years backend development (Node.js, Python, or Go) - Solid experience with AWS (or GCP/Azure) - Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.) - Experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools - Strong knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB) - Good communication and ability to work independently Nice to have: - Experience with monitoring/logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) - Serverless architecture experience - Prior startup/scale-up experience To apply, please include: 1.
