DEVOPS: Need to setup website with web server + php

NEED ASAP... WILL HIRE TODAY. I have a fresh UBUNTU VPS. I have a domain name. I need to setup a webserver on my VPS. My website needs to have php + ability to connect to a remote mysql server. You know how to do this and it would be very easy for you to do. If above makes sense, contact me. If you think the budget should be higher, ignore the budget and bid accordingly.
