Finish Base44 Integration Test Lab

Seeking an engineer to complete an existing React/Base44 Integration Test Lab in a separate GitHub repository. The work includes preserving source, history, tests, and documentation while improving security, UI, and API integration. Tasks include enforcing owner/approved IT access, fixing layout and scrolling issues, building reusable integration infrastructure, verifying Direct Freight and WARP access, and implementing operational switches, approval, audit, shutoff, and rollback. Deliver browser/test evidence and handoff documentation. The Lab must remain separate from Core, production credentials, and deployment. Propose milestone-based pricing with timelines, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and a review-based completion estimate. Sanitized materials are available. No rebuild or added infrastructure without approval.
