Forward Discord Channel Alerts to My Phone in Real-Time

I'm in a private Discord group (just a regular member, not an admin) and there's two specific channel where someone posts important alerts. I need those messages sent to my phone as a notification the moment they're posted. I currently miss them if I'm not actively looking at Discord. I don't have permission to add a bot to the server, so it needs to work through my own account access to that channel. Looking for someone who's built something like this before and can just get it working. Happy to hear your recommended approach for how the alert reaches my phone (push notification app, SMS, etc.).
