Full-Stack AI Product Engineer for Creative Platform (WebGL)

I’m looking for a senior, entrepreneurial product engineer to help build and grow a creative community platform in the WebGL and WebGPU space. This is a long-term, hands-on role working directly with the founder. I need someone who can do more than implement tickets. You should be able to understand a product problem, propose a practical solution, build it end to end, launch it, measure it, and improve it. __What you’ll work on__ - Migrating and extending our publishing platform using Payload CMS - Improving scouting, submissions, editorial workflows, and creator data collection - Building structured relationships between projects, creators, studios, tools, and techniques - Adding sharing, saved projects, collections, and related-project discovery - Improving technical SEO, performance, analytics, and organic growth - Automating content, image, video, and distribution workflows where appropriate - Helping decide what should be built, simplified, or postponed __Core stack__ - TypeScript - React and Next.js - Node.js - Payload CMS - PostgreSQL and Neon __You should have__ - Strong full-stack product development experience - Experience shipping user-facing products independently - Excellent React, TypeScript, and database skills - Good product and UX judgment - Experience with technical SEO, analytics, and growth experiments - Comfort working directly with a founder in an early-stage environment - Ability to turn ambiguous ideas into focused, testable features Clear written communication and willingness to challenge weak assumptions - Experience with creative technology, WebGL, WebGPU, Three.js, interactive graphics, games, visualization, generative art, or creator platforms is a strong advantage.
