Full-Stack Engineer, Lead Marketplace Integrations (Claude Code driven), Structure, not just prompt

Small, fast-moving B2B SaaS team. AI-powered voice, SMS, and email automation wired into CRMs, with real-time call analytics and machine learning on top. We're now building a real-time lead and call marketplace layer on that engine: ping/post supply integrations, call routing rails, consent-certificate verification, and bidding/pricing logic. Our small team builds fast: we baseline code with AI, then make it production-ready through rigorous testing and human refinement in the loop. Production in weeks, not months. We provide Claude Code and expect you to use it. We're hiring people who reason about structure and ship fast, not people who hand-write boilerplate or who can only prompt. The difference matters to us, and we test for it. What you'll work on Ping/post lead distribution integrations (boberdoo, LeadsPedia, Phonexa-style rails and direct publisher feeds) Pay-per-call routing and RTB integrations (Ringba, Retreaver-class platforms) Consent and compliance rails: TrustedForm and Jornaya/LeadiD certificate verification, TCPA audit trails Real-time accept/reject and pricing/bidding logic at high throughput Webhook ingestion, dedupe and exclusion lists, returns processing Multi-tenant, API-first service architecture (tenant-scoped data isolation, RLS) Voice-to-structured-data pipelines and real-time lead scoring (contextual bandits, LLM pipelines) Supabase edge functions, Postgres, Realtime; services on DigitalOcean App Platform Stack: Supabase · DigitalOcean · TypeScript/Node · Python · Twilio · LiveKit · REST/OAuth/webhooks You're a fit if You've shipped real ping/post or lead-distribution work, or comparable high-throughput integration systems, not tutorials You read code fast and reason about architecture, even in areas you haven't touched You can explain why a system breaks under load, not just that it works You use AI tooling to move quickly and check it properly You work async with minimal hand-holding Nice to have: boberdoo / LeadsPedia / Phonexa / Ringba experience · TrustedForm or Jornaya integrations · lead gen, contact center, or martech background · Supabase/Postgres depth · Python ML Logistics: Contract-to-hire · remote worldwide · small team, direct founder access.
