Full-Stack Flask + React Developer Needed – Bug Fixes & New Features for School CRM

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer with React and Python Flask experience to fix bugs and complete missing features in an existing School CRM The application is already built and functional, but several modules are incomplete, contain placeholders, or need improvement. Main Scope -Grades & Assessments -Quizzes, exams, assignments -Grade history and student reports -Payments & Billing -Payment tracking and history -Invoices and payment methods -Basic financial reporting -Messaging & Notifications -Internal messaging -School announcements -Email and system notifications -Reports & Analytics -Attendance, enrollment, teacher workload -Course statistics and financial overview -Data Management -CSV import/export -PDF reports -Database backup and restore -CRM Improvements -Advanced search and filtering -Calendar and scheduling -Student dashboard improvements -File/resource management -Persistent school settings -General Improvements -Complete missing Flask API endpoints -Connect React components to backend functionality -Fix UI, API, database, and integration bugs -Improve mobile responsiveness -Add i18n support where needed Requirements -Strong experience with: -React / JavaScript -Python / Flask -REST APIs -SQL databases / CRUD operations -Authentication and role-based permissions -Debugging existing applications -Git / GitHub Experience with school management systems, CRM platforms, SaaS, payments, or reporting systems is a plus. Expected Deliverables The agreed modules should be fully functional across the React frontend, Flask backend, and database, properly tested, responsive, and integrated without breaking existing functionality. Important: This is an existing Flask + React application, not a greenfield project.
