Full-Stack / Mobile Developer for "Snap for Cash" App (Lead Gen / Photo Data Rewards)

PROJECT OVERVIEW: We are launching "Snap for Cash," an interactive platform where users submit real-world photo data in exchange for cash incentives or financial rewards. The photos submitted act as high-value data assets for our business model. We are looking for a dedicated Full-Stack or Mobile App Developer to build the initial version (MVP) of this application. CORE TECHNICAL ARCHITECTURE REQUIRED: - Native Phone Integration: Seamlessly linking the app to the smartphone's camera API, photo gallery, and location/GPS services. - Secure Backend & Database: Setting up user profiles, storing uploaded images reliably, and accurately tracking user account/cash balances. - Secure Payment Gateway: Integrating trusted APIs (like Stripe, PayPal, or Plaid) to handle smooth, automated cash-out distributions to users. CRITICAL INDUSTRY REQUIREMENT (HIGHLY PREFERRED): - Experience in the Lead Generation, Crowdsourcing, or Gig-Economy industry is strongly preferred. - You should thoroughly understand data validation workflows (ensuring user-submitted photos meet specific lead quality criteria). - You must know how to build robust protections against fraud, duplicate submissions, and fake/spoofed imagery. LOCATION & TIME ZONE PREFERENCE: - Open to developers located in the United States or Latin America (South/Central America) to ensure clear communication, high English proficiency, and close time-zone alignment. BUDGET & RATE: While we see various baseline rates on the platform, we are building a complex platform where data security and user trust are everything. We have a flexible budget in the $40 – $60+/hr range (or milestone-based fixed pricing) because we are strictly looking for clean, production-grade, secure architecture—not the cheapest code.
