This role is ideal for a developer with a solid technical foundation, strong communication skills, and the ability to build reliable, scalable web applications. You'll be working on a variety of projects involving modern backend and frontend technologies, database systems, API integrations, and AI-powered features. We're particularly interested in developers who take initiative, communicate clearly, and are looking for a stable, long-term working relationship. Technical Requirements Candidates should have at least 4 years of professional software development experience, with hands-on expertise in the following areas: Backend Development Python, including Django and FastAPI RESTful API design, development, and integration Backend architecture, performance optimization, and debugging Frontend Development JavaScript and TypeScript React.js and Next.js Building responsive, maintainable web applications Databases SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis Database design, querying, and optimization AI & Modern Technologies Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) or AI API integrations Understanding of how AI features can be incorporated into web applications Additional Skills (Preferred, Not Required) Experience with any of the following would be an advantage: Angular or Vue.js Java / Spring Boot C# / .NET Ruby on Rails AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines AI agents, vector databases, or workflow automation Communication Requirements Since you'll be collaborating with a client in the United States, strong English communication is important. B2 English proficiency is required at minimum. C1 English proficiency is preferred. C2 proficiency is a plus. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and participate in online meetings. Comfortable communicating progress, challenges, and technical decisions. Some availability during US Eastern Time business hours is expected. What You'll Be Doing Build and enhance full-stack web applications. Develop backend services and APIs using Python frameworks. Create modern frontend interfaces using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. Work with relational and non-relational databases. Implement AI integrations and other third-party services when needed. Collaborate with the client and other developers on technical solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Identify technical issues and recommend improvements. Deliver agreed tasks and milestones on schedule. Project Budget & Collaboration Our budget ranges from $2,000 to $4,000 USD per project, depending on the requirements and complexity.
