Help Us Plan a Reusable Property Website

We're getting ready to build a website for an apartment property. The final design is still being approved, but we have a JPG of the homepage progress to share. We don't need a CMS. What matters is having a clean codebase that's easy to update and can later be reused for other properties in the client's portfolio. For this first step, we'd like an experienced developer to review the design and recommend: • The best framework and overall approach • How to keep property content easy to update • How to structure reusable sections and components • How the same codebase could support other property websites • Any performance, accessibility, SEO, or integration considerations • An estimated timeline and budget for development This $100 contract is only for discovery and planning. The actual website development will be a separate project once the design and approach are approved. Please share any relevant experience and let us know how you would approach this.
