Hostel Management System Development

I need a hostel management system that works well on mobile devices like Android and iPhone, as well as in browsers. The system should be able to use data from hardware I provide, and connect to MS SQL for backend storage. I’m looking for someone who can build a clean, responsive interface and ensure the system is easy to use across different platforms. Please share relevant experience with similar projects and your approach to integrating hardware data with the application.
