Integrate Systems with Business

We're building Ai Life Concierge, an AI-powered lifestyle management and concierge service that combines human expertise with AI to help busy people reclaim their time. Our platform is already operational and we're looking for an experienced automation and integration specialist to help us accelerate development. This is not a project starting from scratch. We already have working systems and are looking for someone who can improve, extend and optimise what we've built. Current Tech Stack Pipedream Lovable Airtable Twilio (WhatsApp) SendGrid Cursor Google Calendar Microsoft 365 Calendar OpenAI / Anthropic APIs What you'll be helping with Building and improving workflow automations Connecting new APIs and services Improving reliability of existing integrations Enhancing member onboarding flows Working with calendar integrations WhatsApp workflow improvements Email automation (SendGrid) AI workflow optimisation Debugging and troubleshooting Suggesting improvements to architecture and user experience Ideal Experience We're looking for someone who has strong experience with several of the following: Pipedream Airtable REST APIs OAuth authentication Webhooks Twilio WhatsApp Business API SendGrid OpenAI API Anthropic API Cursor JavaScript / TypeScript Node.js Experience with Lovable would be a bonus but is not essential. How We Like To Work We're a small founding team building something ambitious. We're looking for someone who enjoys collaborating, suggesting improvements and solving problems rather than simply completing tickets. We value people who think commercially as well as technically. Potential This initially starts as a short-term engagement to help us accelerate development. However, for the right person there is a strong possibility of ongoing work as Ai Life Concierge grows.
