Need RapidAPI or Tiktok API expert

I need a developer with experience in RapidAPI. I have some questions regarding the bandwidth limit of RapidAPI, how to monitor bandwidth usage, and how to avoid spending too much on exceeding bandwidth usage. I also have quesitons about Tiktok API on RapidAPI. Do you have alternatives for user/followings endpoint on pypi or npm modules? That gig will be for consultancty and guidance mostly.
