Playwright Developer - Healthcare Automation

Playwright Developer – Healthcare Automation (Contract) Shift Collab is seeking a Playwright developer to build browser automation for our practice management workflows. You’ll create scripts that read from HubSpot CRM, navigate Jane.app’s UI to check sessions and manage billing, and handle edge cases with local decision logic. What you’ll build: • Python-based Playwright scripts that run on schedule • Integration between HubSpot API and Jane (via browser automation) • Error handling and logging to Slack • Local deployment with minimal ongoing maintenance You should have: • 2+ years with Playwright or similar browser automation (Selenium, Puppeteer) • Experience with healthcare apps or HIPAA-adjacent work (preferred but not required) • Comfortable with Python, APIs, and scheduled task management • Ability to reverse-engineer UI flows and adapt when Jane’s interface changes Project scope: 30–60 hours over 2–4 weeks.
