Python Developer: Migrate Legacy Java/PHP Projects to Python and Integrate AI/LLMs

What you’ll do -) Rewrite legacy Java and PHP applications in modern Python (FastAPI) -) Analyze existing codebases, document their business logic, and make sure the new version matches it -) Design and integrate AI/LLM features (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) into the new Python projects -) Write clean, tested, maintainable code -) Join regular video calls to demo your work and explain how it works and why you built it that way Must-haves -) Strong Python experience -) Solid reading knowledge of Java and PHP -) Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and AI integration (prompting, RAG, tool/function calling, evaluation) -) Excellent written and spoken English -) Available during European business hours (EET/CET), with significant overlap -) Responsive and attentive in chat (Slack or similar).
