Python Developer - Multi-Agent AI Systems

We are looking for a Python developer to help us complete a multi-agent AI application. The project is already in the final stages. We need someone who can quickly understand the existing codebase, troubleshoot issues, improve AI workflows, and help us prepare the application for public launch. This is a great opportunity for a motivated junior or mid-level developer who wants to work on a real AI product and potentially grow into a long-term role with us. Requirements: - Strong Python experience - Experience with FastAPI or similar backend frameworks - General understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and agentic architectures - Comfortable working with multi-agent systems and AI workflows - Able to understand an existing codebase and contribute to an active project - Docker and Linux experience is a strong plus - Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI API, Gemini API, LiteLLM, or similar LLM frameworks is a plus - Experience building AI or conversational applications is a plus - Good written English communication - Able to debug, test, and deliver improvements efficiently - Available to commit 8 hours per day Tech Stack: Python, FastAPI, LLM APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI API, Gemini API, LiteLLM, Docker, Docker Compose, Linux, PostgreSQL/Supabase, Async Python, Webhooks, RAG. TypeScript, Next.js, and React experience is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities: - Help complete the final development stage of the AI application - Debug and improve existing AI workflows - Work on LLM routing, agent logic, and conversation handling - Help prepare the application for public launch - Continue supporting maintenance, improvements, and future AI projects if the engagement goes well Compensation: Starting rate is $12-$20/hour depending on experience and skill level. We are open to junior and mid-level developers. What matters most is strong Python skills, reliability, communication, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to learn. After a successful public launch, we are open to a significant rate increase and long-term work for the right candidate.
