Python/Flask Developer for AI Platform Security & SaaS Development

We are looking for an experienced Python/Flask developer with strong application security and Linux server administration skills to help prepare an existing AI-powered video interview platform for a client pilot. About the Platform The application allows candidates to record video interview responses, automatically transcribes their answers, and uses AI to suggest scores against job requirements. All hiring decisions remain with human reviewers. Current tech stack: Python / Flask DigitalOcean (Linux server) OpenAI API Anthropic API Phase 1 — Immediate Project (Fixed Price) Timeline: Approximately 1 week Start: ASAP We need to prepare the existing application for a client IT security review and small pilot. Scope of work: - Verify automatic 90-day deletion of all candidate data, including videos, transcripts, and result files. - Configure 30-day server log retention and verify backup settings. - Migrate the application to a DigitalOcean server in London or Frankfurt. - Implement a missing security header and conduct a vulnerability scan. - Perform a focused security review of the Flask codebase and fix critical/high-severity issues. - Provide a short security report, screenshots, and configuration evidence for the client's IT team.
