Python/Node.js Developer needed for Google Places API Automation Bot (Mexico Only)

Hello. I am looking for a developer based in Mexico to build a custom automation bot/script integrated with the Google Places API. The bot needs to perform business searches based on any keyword or category I provide (e.g., "hospitals", "restaurants", "dentists") within a specific city or region. The project budget is $300 USD, divided into 2 Milestones ($150 USD each): * Milestone 1 ($150 USD) - Data Extraction & Structuring: - The bot receives a keyword/location (e.g., "Dentists in Guadalajara"). - Connects to Google Places API and extracts: Business Name, Phone Number, Website (if available), and checks if the Google Maps listing has an active "Message" button. - Delivers the data organized in a clean format (e.g., Google Sheets or dashboard). * Milestone 2 ($150 USD) - Messaging Logic & Response Verification: - The bot sends a test message to the detected contact channel. - Activates a timer. If the business does not reply within X minutes, the bot flags the business in the report as "No Answer / Inactive". Delivery Deadline & Platform: * The final fully functional bot must be delivered and tested before December 30th. * The system must be accessible and usable from both mobile phones and laptops (a web application with a private login or a messaging bot interface like Telegram/WhatsApp is highly preferred). Requirements: * Must reside in Mexico (essential for communication and time zone alignment). * Experience with Google APIs (Google Places, Google Cloud Console). * Experience with automation scripts and handling Webhooks/Messaging APIs. Future Note: If the work is delivered successfully and professionally, I have a second project with a much higher budget to expand this bot into Phase 2. This will include full omnichannel integration (WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram), automated call management, and Google Calendar synchronization.
