React Developer for Website Redesign

I want to redesign my Loan Origination website and application. The content is strong, but the site feels outdated and does not reflect the quality of our work. I need a cleaner layout that highlights our portfolio prominently, works well on mobile, and loads quickly. The final deliverable should be a fully redesigned site ready to go live. React knowledge is required for this project.
