React Native/Expo dev — Mapbox line layers + Supabase — take existing iOS app to TestFlight

I'm the solo founder of a Washington DC street-parking app. It's partially built in Expo with Supabase and Mapbox. I need a developer to take it to TestFlight with real users in October, App Store launch in mid-January, and part-time support after. The app: tap any curb in DC and get an instant park / don't-park answer. The map colors curb segments by the rules in effect right now. Users can report a parking officer or tow truck nearby and parked users close by get a push alert. The app is about 70% built: map with curb painting, rules card, address search, auth, and parking sessions all work. What's left: a GPS accuracy fix, wiring the app to our rebuilt rules dataset, enforcement reports with push alerts (Supabase edge functions + Expo push), onboarding and settings, UI polish, and the TestFlight/App Store submission. iOS only. No payments. Fixed-price milestones; the first one is a small paid trial. Solo developers preferred, or a developer + designer pair where I talk to the developer directly. I'll ask to see real code and real designs during the interview.
