Real-time video process on desktop

I have a project that involves real-time video processing of an application displayed on a Windows desktop. We have a legacy application running on a Windows PC. The application displays the results of a vibration test, which typically runs for approximately 6–10 minutes. The test results are displayed as a graph. We need to monitor this graph in real time and detect if any of the peaks reach or cross the red threshold line. If a peak reaches the red line, the system should automatically trigger an alert. The type and method of alert can be discussed later. I have attached a sample so you can better visualize the application and the graph we need to monitor. The application will be displayed live on the desktop, so the solution would need to continuously process the screen/video feed during each test. Please let me know if you are comfortable working on this type of project. I would also like to know if you have worked on similar real-time video/image processing, screen monitoring, or graph-detection projects in the past.
