Resolve Freelancer Express Withdrawal to JP Post Bank Account Processing Issue

ISSUE SUMMARY I recently initiated an Express Withdrawal payment request on Freelancer.com. Specifically, I selected the bank transfer option to my Japan Post bank in Japan.
