Senior AI Developer | RAG AI Agent, LangGraph, OpenAI, LLM & Vector Database

We are looking for a Senior AI Developer and RAG Developer to build a production-ready AI Agent for internal knowledge search, document Q&A and business workflows. The ideal AI Engineer has experience with RAG, LLM applications, AI Agent Development, LangGraph, LangChain, OpenAI API, Claude API, Vector Databases, Python, FastAPI and API Integration. Scope • Build an Enterprise RAG and AI Agent architecture • Ingest documents and internal knowledge sources • Implement semantic search, hybrid retrieval and reranking • Add OpenAI or Claude with source citations • Build Tool Calling and API Integration workflows • Add structured output, Memory and Human-in-the-Loop • Implement evaluation, logging and error handling Required experience • AI Developer, AI Engineer or RAG Developer • RAG, LLM and Agentic AI • LangGraph, LangChain or LlamaIndex • Python, FastAPI and API Integration • Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant or pgvector • Prompt Engineering and Natural Language Processing Experience with MCP, Knowledge Graphs, Docker, AWS, Azure and PostgreSQL is a plus. Deliverable A working RAG AI Agent MVP with document ingestion, Vector Database, retrieval workflow, OpenAI or Claude integration, source citations, one API integration and basic documentation.
