I need a senior individual developer from India, preferably Rajasthan, fluent in Hindi, to build a production-grade Android and iOS education platform called Rajasthan Vidyalaya. This is not a generic LMS, Laravel script, WebView wrapper, or ready-made template. I will provide screen images/UI references and functional requirements only. The stack includes React Native + Expo + TypeScript, Node.js + TypeScript + REST API, AWS, Amazon RDS PostgreSQL with RLS, Redis/ElastiCache, S3 + CloudFront, and React.js + Vite. Core modules include Vidyaalayapeeth, Mahaavidyaalayapeeth, Pratiyogitaapeeth, Gurupeeth, and Vigyaapanpeeth. Features include Knowledge Tree, Drive Explorer, video, comments, Word/PDF, MCQ, Word editor, full exams, OTR + OCR, Manager IAM, payment/payout, Peethguru, Grihaguru, private batches, teacher assessment, and content royalty.
