Senior DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (AWS, Terraform, Python)

Location: Remote (EU Preferred) Job Type: Full-Time Contract (4–5 Months) Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps/Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our engineering team on a full-time basis. You'll play a key role in designing, automating, and maintaining scalable AWS infrastructure while improving observability, monitoring, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Design, deploy, and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure. Build and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform. Develop automation scripts and tools with Python. Configure and maintain monitoring and observability solutions using Grafana. Implement best practices for monitoring, alerting, and incident management. Standardize and improve operational workflows using Jira Service Management or similar tools. Automate infrastructure operations and incident response. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve reliability, scalability, and performance. Troubleshoot production issues and optimize cloud environments. Required Skills 5+ years of experience as a DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineer. Strong hands-on experience with AWS. Advanced Terraform (Infrastructure as Code). Strong Python scripting and automation skills. Experience with Grafana, monitoring, and alerting platforms. Experience implementing enterprise observability solutions. Knowledge of cloud networking, infrastructure security, and DevOps best practices. Experience with Jira Service Management or similar incident management tools. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Nice to Have Experience with hardware, robotics, or IoT infrastructure. AI-assisted operations or automated incident management. CI/CD pipeline optimization. Large-scale infrastructure automation.
