Senior Full-Stack Developer for AI-Assisted Physical Therapy Documentation App

Seeking a highly experienced full-stack developer to build a secure, simple, beautiful web application for physical therapy initial evaluations. Patients often complete structured intake forms through PlatoForms. The application should receive this data through webhook/API and pre-populate the evaluation. Therapists must also be able to create an evaluation completely from scratch when no PlatoForms data is available. A major feature is near-real-time dictation. A therapist should be able to speak naturally during an evaluation while AI organizes the information into the appropriate sections of the note. Ideally, the therapist could use a phone for dictation while viewing the evaluation updating on an iPad or computer. The therapist must be able to review, edit, and approve all generated documentation. This is NOT an EMR. I want one focused application with a beautiful, extremely simple interface and a simple, maintainable backend. I am specifically looking for someone who can recommend the simplest reliable architecture rather than over-engineering it. PHI/HIPAA-appropriate architecture is required.
