Senior Full-Stack Developer – React, ASP.NET/C#, SQL Server – Long-Term Part-Time

We are looking for an experienced **Senior Full-Stack Developer** to take over and continue development of VirginiaMLS.com, an established real-estate property search platform. This is an **existing system**, not a project starting from scratch. We currently have a legacy ASP.NET/C# application with Microsoft SQL Server and a newer React application under development. The developer must be comfortable reviewing and taking over code written by previous developers, troubleshooting problems, and working independently. **Required experience:** * React * ASP.NET / C# * Microsoft SQL Server * REST API integration * Git / GitHub Experience with **RESO Web API, MLS/IDX/VOW systems, or other large data-driven applications** is a strong plus. **Strong Microsoft SQL Server skills are particularly important.** This is a **long-term, part-time position limited to approximately 10 hours per week**.
