Senior Full-Stack Developer to Build a Marketplace MVP

We are looking for a strong Senior Full-Stack Developer to build the MVP of a new two-sided marketplace for the Romanian construction and home-improvement market. The platform will connect: Homeowners → Jobs → Verified Tradespeople / Companies Customers will be able to post construction, renovation and home-service jobs, while professionals will create business profiles, receive suitable opportunities and eventually pay for monthly memberships. The platform will initially be tested in Romania and, if successful, expanded nationally. The platform must be: Simple + trustworthy + modern + extremely easy to use. Our target users include homeowners aged 45+, so usability is extremely important. ⸻ IMPORTANT We want a lean MVP, not an over-engineered platform. We do NOT need initially: * iOS app * Android app * complex AI * advanced CRM * construction materials marketplace * advanced accounting We want to launch quickly, test the business model with real users and then develop V2 based on actual usage. ⸻ OWNERSHIP The client must receive full ownership of: * source code * GitHub repository * database * deployment * documentation * project assets Third-party accounts should be created under the client’s ownership. ⸻ WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are NOT looking for someone who simply says: “I can build this.” We want someone who has actually built complex web applications.
