Senior Full-Stack Engineer — Regression Containment + Code/Security Audit

Where we are: We're a vertical SaaS CRM for pool service operators — React/TypeScript, Supabase, Vercel, Telnyx, Stripe Connect. The product is built: 100+ components covering CRM, billing, scheduling, a phone system, and a field app. Founder-led, one full-stack engineer on staff, plus QA testers. We've tested heavily and we're close to launch. The problem: Regression. As we fix bugs, other components break. We have CI checks on every merge, but they're clearly not catching what matters. We need someone to look at this structurally — not run more tests, but change how pushes and merges happen so fixes stop breaking other things. What you'll deliver: Regression containment plan — assess our current CI/merge process and restructure it so every future push is protected. Tell us what's missing, then build it. Code audit — is the codebase structurally sound for launch? Where are the fragile spots? Security audit — auth, data access, payment flows, API exposure. Straight-up assessment of where we're vulnerable. Written launch-readiness read — how far from shippable are we, frankly? Engagement: Starts with a paid one-week trial milestone: review the codebase and our last 10 regressions, deliver a written assessment. If it's a fit, 6–8 weeks at 20–30 hrs/week, hands-on.
