Software Engineer (Part-Time) | Remote | Latin America

We are hiring an experienced Software Engineer to join a US-based technology company in a part-time, remote role. The position involves participating in live technical interview sessions and requires exceptional technical expertise and outstanding English communication skills. Responsibilities Participate in live technical interview sessions as a Software Engineer. Answer technical interview questions accurately and confidently. Demonstrate expertise in software engineering, coding, algorithms, data structures, system design, and debugging. Clearly explain technical concepts and justify engineering decisions. Communicate professionally and confidently throughout the interview process. Requirements 8+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer. Must be based in Latin America. C2-level English proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory. Candidates must be able to communicate technical concepts fluently and confidently in English. Strong expertise in: Software Engineering Algorithms & Data Structures System Design Coding & Debugging Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Problem Solving Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to confidently participate in developer-level technical interviews. Preferred Qualifications Experience with backend or full-stack development. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus. Previous experience conducting or participating in technical interviews is an advantage.
