Software engineer, Ruby on Rails, React, Python for CRM System

We are looking for a Software Engineer to help us build a CRM system for managing clients, leads, tasks, internal workflows, and reporting. The main stack is Ruby on Rails and React, so strong Ruby on Rails experience is important. You should be comfortable building clean backend logic, APIs, database structure, user roles, permissions, and scalable CRM workflows. On the frontend side, we need someone who can work with React and TypeScript to build clear dashboards, forms, tables, filters, and admin screens. Experience with Node.js, Python, and .NET is a plus, especially for integrations, automation, data processing, or connecting the CRM with external tools and legacy systems.
