Stabilize & Crop Shaky Footage

I filmed a live music performance but the handheld footage is quite shaky. I need the whole clip (aprox. one minute and thirty seconds in length) stabilised first and then cropped so that only what sits inside a rectangular box—whose position and size I’ll show you—remains visible...
