I’m looking for an experienced developer or development team to help turn a healthcare platform idea into a real, scalable product. The goal is to make accessing healthcare significantly easier for patients by reducing the friction around finding the right provider, booking appointments, completing intake forms, communicating with clinics, and making payments. The platform will have three core components: Patient mobile app Provider/clinic web dashboard AI-powered backend assistant I have the product vision and the problem I want to solve and I’m looking for someone who can help translate the vision into the right technical solution, challenge assumptions when necessary, and make practical recommendations around architecture, integrations, scalability, security, and AI. Oppertunity Requirement: Patients should be able to: Create and manage their profile Describe their symptoms or reason for seeking care Receive guidance toward the appropriate type of care/provider Find and book available appointments Complete digital intake forms Receive appointment confirmations and reminders Communicate with the clinic/provider Make payments for consultations through the platform View relevant appointment and care information Provider / Clinic Dashboard Providers and clinic staff should have a simple dashboard to: Manage patients Manage provider availability and appointments Review patient intake information Communicate with patients Manage appointment statuses View relevant patient information Reduce repetitive administrative work The dashboard should be designed around simplicity and efficiency rather than becoming another complicated healthcare system. AI Assistant AI is an important part of the product, but it should assist healthcare teams rather than replace clinical judgment. Potential AI capabilities include: Collecting initial patient intake information Asking relevant follow-up questions Performing an initial, non-diagnostic urgency/routing assessment Helping direct patients toward the appropriate type of care Answering common administrative questions Assisting with appointment-related questions Sending reminders and follow-ups Escalating situations that require human review. Security & Healthcare Compliance Because this platform will handle sensitive healthcare information, security and privacy are non-negotiable.
