Video Annotation Tool For Educational App

The project is to make an internal tool to annotate YouTube data that I will later embed in a Chinese language learning app app, but I just want a web page to handle creating the annotation data. The goal is to build a basic AI integration to start the data annotation, and then build a UI to fix any mistakes the AI made. We will annotate some of the data ourselves, and then once it's good enough, I will hire a separate contractor to annotate more of the data, and at the same time work on more improvements to the AI part of the tool.
