Web Developer (Contract / Freelance)

We run paid media, content production, CRM automation and reporting. Websites and landing pages are central to how our campaigns convert, and we are looking for a developer to own that side of delivery. The role You will build and maintain client websites and landing pages that our paid media campaigns drive traffic to. Most work is brochure and lead-generation sites, ecommerce stores, and funnel pages, delivered to deadline against live campaign launches. This is a freelance engagement. You set your own hours, but you need to be reachable during UK business hours and reliable on agreed deadlines. What you'll do Build and launch client websites from designs or briefs, usually on WordPress, Shopify or GoHighLevel. Build landing pages and funnel pages for lead-generation and ecommerce campaigns Handle hosting, domains, DNS, SSL and migrations for client sites. Maintain and update existing client sites, including plugin and theme updates, backups and security Implement tracking correctly: GA4, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, TikTok Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and form or CRM integrations into GoHighLevel. Fix bugs and page speed issues, and make sure sites are responsive and pass Core Web Vitals. Work with our design, content and paid media teams so builds match brand guidelines and campaign requirements Provide clear timelines and flag blockers early. What we're looking for Proven experience building client websites, ideally in an agency or freelance setting (portfolio required). Strong WordPress skills, including custom themes, page builders and troubleshooting. Comfortable with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP. Shopify experience, including theme customisation and Liquid. Working knowledge of tracking and pixel implementation. Good grasp of on-page technical SEO and site performance. Able to manage several client projects at once and communicate clearly in writing. Right to work as a self-employed contractor in the UK, with your own equipment and public liability or professional indemnity cover if required.
