It runs in any browser with no installation. It includes shift schedule validation against Spanish labour law, resident records, a family chatbot simulator, an inspection documents module, and a 23-variable config system that allows cloning the panel to a new centre without touching the code. I'm attaching the panel file and a technical README that maps exactly which parts need to be ported to a backend, which need to be rewritten, and which are demo-only. **What I need quoted, in two separate phases.** Phase 1 · Demo (urgent, 2 weeks). Take the existing v3 panel, complete 8 sample resident records with realistic fictional data, verify the three user profiles work correctly, and deploy it to a public URL (demo.viviria.net) on Cloudflare Pages. No server, no real database, no real authentication. The functional analysis and business rules are already done — this is review, completion and deployment, not building from scratch. Also included: a 2-hour recorded training session in Spanish so I can clone the panel to a new centre without technical help, a README I can use to update sample data myself, and written support for one month after delivery. Phase 2 · Production backend (no fixed date, conditional on first signed client). Convert the demo into a real system: a real database per centre (resident health data is special category under GDPR art. 9, so I need encryption at rest, per-centre data isolation and a data processing agreement), a real API the panel reads from and writes to instead of browser localStorage, real user authentication, and server-side jobs for compliance alerts (psychotropic medication day counter, physical restraint deadlines, monthly dependency grade review) that run even when no one has the panel open.
