Website with admin panel with ocr

We are looking for a developer to build a web application with a public website, member login/dashboard, and admin panel. Users should be able to upload or take photos of products, labels, or receipts, and the system should use OCR to extract product information and match it against products stored in our database. The platform should also support barcode/EAN recognition where possible, product matching with confidence scores, scan history, and admin tools to manage users, products, categories, OCR results, unmatched items, and manual corrections. We are looking for a clean, responsive, secure, and scalable solution, with the possibility to add more AI-based product recognition features later.
