AI Automation Engineer

We're looking for a highly skilled AI Automation Specialist to join our network of contractors. This is an opportunity for ongoing work with a steady pipeline of client projects as our business continues to grow. Responsibilities Analyze existing business workflows and recommend automation solutions. Design, build, and deploy AI-powered automations and AI agents. Create workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools. Integrate APIs, CRMs, communication platforms, and business software. Implement AI solutions using OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or other LLMs. Build document processing, customer support, lead qualification, scheduling, reporting, and internal business automations. Test, troubleshoot, optimize, and document completed automations. Communicate project progress and collaborate with our team when needed. Preferred Qualifications Proven experience building AI automation workflows. Strong knowledge of n8n (preferred), Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms. Experience with AI APIs and prompt engineering. Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and API authentication. Basic JavaScript or Python skills are a plus. Experience integrating tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, QuickBooks, Airtable, Notion, or similar platforms. Ability to solve complex business problems with practical automation solutions. Ideal Candidate Self-motivated and dependable. Excellent communicator. Strong problem-solving skills.
