This modernizes Preventive Maintenance inside the existing HotelHub / OperationsHub codebase (PHP CodeIgniter 3) — not a from-scratch system. Reuse what already exists: the asset/barcode layer in the inventory module (inventory_item_barcodes, is_asset, serial_number), the CSV import engine (csv_import_history, Import_history_model), the shared execution spine (execution_records), agenda_service_requests, inventory_usage, submission_signatures, the notifications schema, and the Library operational_objects foundation. Do not rebuild from scratch. Do not fork parallel systems. Every milestone names the existing tables and engines it extends. Build into the spine, not beside it.
