Setup OkayVPN on Mac

I want to setup a VPN for a specific location - Winning, Manitoba. I tired OkayVPN & OpenVPN but don't know how to set it up. (Budget: $30 - $250 CAD, Jobs: Computer Support, Linux, Mac OS, Network Administration, Network Security, OpenVPN, VPN, Windows Desktop)
