SCOPE OF WORK (SOW): CORPORATE WEBSITE REDESIGN Client: Lumbika International Project: Complete Website Redesign & Portal Integration Platform: WordPress Current Website: lumbika.co.tz 1. PROJECT OVERVIEW Lumbika International is a professional network of accounting, tax, and audit member firms operating globally. We are seeking an experienced WordPress Developer to completely overhaul and redesign our current website (lumbika.co.tz) into a clean, modern, elite, and trustworthy corporate platform that aligns with international CPA network standards. 2. CORE OBJECTIVES • Complete Redesign: Scrap the existing WordPress setup and build a fresh, high-loading-speed corporate website. • Client Portal Integration: Connect the WordPress frontend seamlessly with our self-hosted Worksuite ERP/Portal (hosted on a subdomain, e.g., portal.lumbika.co.tz). • User-Friendly Architecture: The site must be built using a modern page builder so that our internal team can perform minor text/image updates post-launch. 3. SPECIFIC TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS • Platform & Hosting: WordPress, hosted on our existing A2 Hosting (Turbo Plan). • Page Builder Choice: Must be built using Elementor Pro or Bricks Builder (No outdated shortcode-heavy builders or premium themes with messy code). • Speed Optimization: The site must achieve a Mobile score of 80+ and a Desktop score of 90+ on Google PageSpeed Insights. • Mobile Responsiveness: 100% pixel-perfect scaling on mobile phones, tablets, and wide desktop screens. • Basic SEO & Security: Integration of basic SEO metadata plugins (RankMath/Yoast) and basic security hardening (Wordfence/Sucuri). 4. REQUIRED PAGES & STRUCTURE (SITEMAP) 1. Home Page (Landing Page): A high-converting hero section emphasizing corporate trust, key statistics of our global network, a clear value proposition, and a sticky navigation menu. 2. About Us: Company profile, history, our mission, vision, and core leadership team/partners. 3. Services (Drop-down Menu): Individual sub-pages or clean sections explaining our main solutions: o Statutory Audit & Assurance o Compilation & Financial Reporting o Tax Advisory & Compliance o Business Advisory & Consulting 4. Global Network / Member Firms: A dedicated page explaining our network footprint or how independent firms can join us. 5. Contact Us: Contact form, office phone numbers, professional email addresses, Google Map embed, and working hours. 5. CRITICAL FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS • "Client Portal" Button: A highly prominent, customized primary action button in the top header and footer labeled "Client Portal" or "Firm Login". This button must link directly to our separate Worksuite login portal URL. • Forms & Lead Generation: Reliable corporate contact forms that route inquiries directly to our official corporate emails without dropping messages into spam folder. 6. DELIVERABLES • A fully functional, fully tested live WordPress website. • A clean backup file of the complete website (All-in-One WP Migration or Duplicator format). • A short 15-minute screen-recorded offboarding handoff session explaining the site layout and how to edit basic texts. 7.
