Next.js & Vercel Deployment Expert Needed

We are looking for an experienced Next.js developer to deploy our existing website to Vercel and ensure it is production ready. The application is already built. We need someone who can configure the deployment correctly, troubleshoot any build or runtime issues, and optimize the production environment. Responsibilities ● Deploy a Next.js application to Vercel ● Configure environment variables and project settings ● Resolve build failures and deployment errors ● Configure custom domains and SSL if needed ● Optimize build performance and application loading speed ● Verify that API routes, images, middleware, and routing work correctly in production ● Configure caching and other Vercel features where appropriate ● Ensure the application runs reliably after deployment Required Skills ● Strong experience with Next.js (App Router preferred) ● Vercel deployment and configuration ● React and TypeScript ● Git and GitHub ● Environment variable management ● Debugging production build issues ● Understanding of SSR, SSG, ISR, and middleware ● Experience with API integrations Nice to Have ● Experience with Tailwind CSS ● Experience with authentication solutions (NextAuth, Clerk, Auth.js, etc.) ● Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Supabase ● Familiarity with DNS configuration and custom domains ● Knowledge of performance optimization and Core Web Vitals Deliverables ● Successfully deployed application on Vercel ● Production environment configured correctly ● Build errors resolved ● Documentation of any configuration changes ● Brief handoff explaining the deployment setup Please include the following in your proposal: ● Links to 2 or 3 Next.js projects you have deployed on Vercel ● A short description of similar deployment work you have completed ● Your estimated timeline ● Any questions you have after reviewing the project
