Senior React Native Freelance Developer – Build the GetPlan Mobile App

About GetPlan GetPlan is a fast-growing SaaS platform that helps cleaning companies manage their workforce, planning, customers, and operations from one place. Our mission is to replace spreadsheets and manual planning with an intelligent platform that enables cleaning companies to: Schedule employees efficiently Manage customers and locations Register working hours Track tasks and attendance Improve communication with cleaners Use AI to automate workforce planning in the future The product is already under active development as a web application, and we are now building our cross-platform mobile application using React Native. Project: We are looking for an experienced React Native freelancer to build the first production-ready version of our mobile application. This is not a simple CRUD application. The app will become the primary tool for cleaners, supervisors, planners, and managers in the field. The initial version will include features such as: - Secure authentication - Dashboard - Employee planning - Daily/Weekly schedule - Customer information - Task management - Time registration - Leave requests - Push notifications - Offline capability - Profile management Responsibilities, You will: - Build the React Native application from the ground up - Create reusable and scalable components - Integrate REST APIs from our existing Node.js backend - Work closely with our UI/UX designer - Ensure smooth performance on both iOS and Android - Implement offline-first functionality where appropriate - Integrate push notifications - Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code - Participate in architecture discussions - Help establish best practices for the mobile codebase Technical Requirements, Must have: - 4+ years of React Native experience - Strong TypeScript knowledge - Experience with Expo or React Native CLI - REST API integration - State management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or similar) - React Navigation - Authentication (JWT/OAuth) - Push Notifications (Firebase/APNs) - Offline storage - Git - CI/CD experience - Experience publishing apps to Apple App Store and Google Play Nice to have: - Azure experience - Node.js knowledge - AI integration experience - Mapping and geolocation - Camera/document scanning - Experience with workforce management or scheduling software - Experience building B2B SaaS products - Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who: - Thinks like a product engineer, not just a coder - Can suggest improvements to UX and architecture - Writes clean and maintainable code - Works independently - Communicates proactively - Enjoys building products from an early stage - Has startup experience - Tech Stack
